Randy Seid is the owner of The Bean Counter, CPA and specializes in tax planning, accounting services, and financial planning. His focus is to minimize your tax obligations and maximize your long term wealth while balancing risk. Randy received an MBT, in Taxation a the University of Southern California. He currently holds his CPA license in California and provides his services across the United States using cloud based services. Randy has been working in public accounting since 2004 and established his own firm in 2014.

We are Certified Public Accountants and paraprofessionals. We engage in annual Continuing Professional Education courses offered by local chapters of national accounting and tax associations which keeps our firm on the leading edge of ever-changing tax laws and accounting methods.
